Holidays At Cokesbury
JOIN US FOR SOME FAMILY FUN
The Cokesbury Masquerade is back on Sunday, October 25! Join us on the North Campus from 4 to 6 pm for games, hot dogs, prizes, candy, and more! Costumes are highly encouraged! We need lots of volunteers to help this event run smoothly. Serve for part of the event or the whole thing. No prep needed: just show up and have fun!
HELP FAMILIES IN NEED THIS THANKSGIVING
For 38 years, Cokesbury's United Women in Faith have been providing turkey and all the trimmings to families served by Wesley House Community Center. We now serve Manna House, Christmas Hope, Susannah's House, and Knoxville Head Start in our Thanksgiving Box distribution. Thanks to your generosity, we provided holiday meals for 300 families last year!
To donate a Thanksgiving Box this year, please use the shopping list below, place your items in a sturdy box with a lid, and include $35 for perishables. Bring your assembled box(es) with you to worship, or drop off at the office on the North Campus, Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 3 pm beginning October 18.
You can also give online. $55 provides a complete holiday meal for a family, and you can make your $35 donation for perishables for an assembled box at my.cokesbury.tv/give/thanksgiving-boxes.
