Feeling safe and secure, welcomed and loved, is the foundation upon which faith is built. Our childcare team considers it a privilege to care for your child as they begin to trust, play, and discover their unique personality as a child of God.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our team is ready to welcome your child at 9:45; you will find us close to the Sanctuary – our greeter team will be happy to help!

As you sign in, let the team know of any special needs your child might have. Please leave a labeled diaper if needed. 

Quick and positive ‘good-byes’ will help with the transition. We want your child to have a positive experience while you attend worship. Please leave your phone on ‘silent’; we will text you if your child needs you.

Elementary-aged children learn best by watching and imitating, and our South campus worship service provides a beautiful opportunity for them to experience worship with you and their church family. Your child in worship with us is a reminder of Jesus’ special relationship with them. Your child will be invited to join in on a time of community and fun with Cokesbury Kids staff and volunteers at a designated time in the service.

Stop by the Cokesbury Kids welcome desk to let us know your child will join us — our greeters are happy to help you find us!

Once you have checked in, head into worship together; children will watch for an announcement on the screen inviting them to Cokesbury Kids' Corner. Our team will be waiting for them in the back of the sanctuary. You are welcome to walk with your child and observe the learning environment to help your child transition.
